Why do we call it the 'Awakening'?  Because once you're awake you don't go back to sleep.  Once you 'know' you can't 'unknow'.  Our work is not about providing just an experience, it's a way of life.  It's about being in healthy authentic community!  It's about re-learning how to be with others without comparisons and judgements.  Being in healthy community is about understanding that every one of us is here for a reason,  We live in 'Olam Hatikkun', a world that needs 'fixing'.  It is not only incumbent on some of us to do the work, but on every single one of us.

What is the work?  The work of being our true selves.  Because if each of us has been entrusted the holy job of fixing this world, then each of us must have what it takes.  If we are busy comparing ourselves with others and living in a non-authentic version of self, we will not have access to our unique tools - what we have brought with us to help with the 'tikkun'.  We call it 'medicine'.  Each one of us arrives to this lifetime with specific medicine.  If we live in a social voice most of the time, operating out of 'what will they think', we will not be in touch with our own inner 'medicine'.  If you're not in touch with your medicine, our world is missing your piece.

The Awakening Retreat is fundamentally designed to help you find yourself and your unique set of original tools.

Every Awakening Retreat is skillfully crafted to ignite your passions! Your joy!  Your true self bringing you into deeper alignment whther you're at the Awakening Within Discovery Weekend or in an Awakening Costa Rica vacation retreat!

Our Retreats have a special saferty net and allow you to step into your wholeness at your pace and in your own way.  Nothing is ever forced, yet you are welcome to do whatever you are ready to do surrounded by professionals and always an amazing staff trained to hold you in it.

The Awakening Retreats have a way of helping you reveal what has been hidden, whether it's your hidden talents, your joy, your wishes and desires.  You may find the pain that has been stopping you or keeping you stuck or the parts that need to be seen and heard.
