Chaya Sara Gurewicz is a Nature Based Life Coach and NLP Practitioner and Creative and Therapeutic Program writer. She works with individuals and groups in person, phone or zoom, teaching mind tools, nature awareness, art, and whatever it takes to support people in returning to their essence and living with more joy! Chaya Sara is the founder of Tefillah Prayer Circle, Check In Circle, The Awakening Retreat and a facilitator for Awakening Within Discovery and Expansion workshops.
Yehudis Karbal is an educator and LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.) She served as National Director of EMETT self-help groups for over 20 years. She has lectured widely about Torah and psychology, and presently maintains a private practice in Chicago, Illinois. Talia Edell is both a relationship coach as well as a holistic and intuitive life coach. Certified in Imago relationship therapy Talia is passionate about working with couples to guide them from places of disconnection and conflict to safety and connection by teaching effective communication which will cultivate compassion, curiosity and deep connection.
Whether coming a couple struggling in relationship or individually, Talia's primary commitment is to create a safe space where clients can begin to heal through the process of unlearning and relearning, challenging old beliefs and uncovering new truths, mindfulness and somatic work, Talia helps people reclaim their truest most authentic selves, empower and self love and compassion. Laura Leitman is a Certified SRT Practitioner, who is passionate about using Self-Regulation Training (SRT) to assist her clients to heal themselves from within. After experiencing Somatic Work to address personal stress and trauma, Laura undertook the study of the somatic practice of SRT with Dr. Regalena Melrose. SRT is a body-focused approach to facilitate nervous system regulation and heal the effects of stress and trauma. Laura graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and practised as a Registered Occupational Therapist for 20 years before her journey led her to SRT.
In addition to her work as an SRT Practitioner, Laura is also an active participant of Jewish Women Awaken Circles and staff member at the Jewish Women Awaken Discovery weekends where healing from within is facilitated and supported, since experiencing its magic in 2019. Laura works with clients in her home office in Toronto, Canada, as well as on Zoom.
Sara Icyk has been devoted to the health and wellness field, particularly for women, over the last 7 years. Breathwork, health coach, NLP, yoga, personal training, meditation, and Zumba. She works in both group settings and one-on-one. Sara’s passion is cultivating awareness of self and deepening one’s understanding through the body. Safety, no agenda, and curiousity are the backbone of her work guiding her clients to manifesting the best versions of themselves.
Rivka Rapoport Growing up in the Outreach world had Rivka Rapoport dealing with a wide variety of people and problems needing attention which led her on a search for how she could better serve. Rivka discovered the Awakening Workshop at 19 years old and has worked her way through the staffing positions to a Top Awakening Facilitator. Rivka has the uncanny ability to meet people exactly where they are at whether they are 15 or 95. Rivka shows up with undeniable safety, and zero agenda, as she believes that each individual has all of the healing they need inside of themselves.
